1. Stop taking Rajma (red kidney gram) in any form. 
2. Stop taking Urad dal ( black gram ) in any form. 
3. Stop taking rice in any form.
4. Take ginger, methi seeds, garlic and Ajwain as described below:

Cut about one gram of ginger to small pieces so that it can be swallowed easily by plain water.
Take 5 seeds of methi. 
Take 2 clove of galic and cut it to small pieces.
Take half small spoon of Ajwain.

Swallow this one by one by plenty of plain water in early morning before breakfast.
Repeat for only 7 days.

1. Take following homeopathic medicines as explained.

Ars Iod 200 ( liquid )

Dissolve one drop in a glass of water. Drink only ¼ of that water as one dose. Repeat for 7 days. That is, you will be taking 7 doses for 7 days.

Ruta 200 ( liquid )

Dissolve 4 drops in a glass of water. Drink only ¼ of that water. Repeat 4 times a day for 7 days. That is, you will be taking 28 doses for 7 days.

Arnica 30 ( liquid )

Dissolve 4 drops in a glass of water. Drink only ¼ of that water. Repeat 4 times a day for 7 days. That is, you will be taking 28 doses for 7 days.

Note: don't eat any thing for half hour before and after these medicines. 

Precautions

People with gallstones should consult a doctor before taking ginger. Make sure to tell your doctor if you are taking ginger and will be going to surgery or placed under anesthesia for any reason. 

Do not take ginger if you have a bleeding disorder or if you are taking blood thinning medications, including aspirin. 

If you are already under any medication, consult your doctor before taking this treatment.

Can repeat this treatment only after one month.

This treatment is not likely to aggravate any symptom. In case there is any aggravation, discontinue the treatment.

Trigonella foenumgraecum - Methi seeds

Methi seeds are mainly used as digestive aid. It is ideal for treating sinus and lung congestion, reducing inflammation, and fighting infection. For millions of diabetics, hope comes in the form of fenugreek (methi) seeds. 

Garlic, is a species in the onion family. A bulb of garlic, the most commonly used part of the plant, is divided into numerous fleshy sections called cloves. The cloves are used as seed, for consumption (raw or cooked), and for medicinal purposes.

Ajwain (also known as carom seeds or bishop's weed), is an uncommon spice except in certain areas of Asia. 

Rajma (Kidney Beans) seed is local and a part of the crop is retained as seed for the subsequent season.
Locally the Rajma is sorted by colour i.e. red, white and spotted.
This dish is extremely popular and is served with plain boiled rice. 

Urad, also referred to as urad dal, urd bean, urd, urid, black matpe bean, black gram, black lentil (not to be confused with the much smaller true black lentil (lens culinaris)), or white lentil (Vigna mungo).

The Ginger, which grows underground but is technically not a root, is the part of ginger that's used medicinally. 

Ginger is wonderful for warming up the entire body & fighting off all/any nasty germs. It is high in vitamins A, B complex & C, minerals, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium & magnesium. Ginger has been used for centuries in India.

Ginger's therapeutic actions are: anti-nausea, stimulant, circulatory stimulant, vasodilator (opens up blood vessels to improve blood flow), anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, rubefacient (warms tissue externally) and diaphoretic (stimulates perspiration to increase elimination through the skin and can help reduce fevers). It can also help to lower cholesterol levels & reduces the risk of heart disease & stroke. It can assist to lower blood pressure & helps stop coughing! stimulates circulation or for aching joints. 

Fresh ginger can be found in the produce section of most grocery stores. Look for smooth skin with a fresh, spicy fragrance. Tubers should be firm and feel heavy. Length is a sign of maturity, and mature rhizomes will be hotter and more fibrous. Avoid those with wrinkled flesh, as this is an indication of aged ginger past its prime.
